Guilty, But Forgiven — 6 Comments

  1. When we allow God to enter our dysfunction, we experience what it’s like to be whole. We discover the person we are in Him – because of Him.

  2. Sheryl I am so thankful for God being in the middle of our dysfunction as you refer to it.His love for his children is what gives me strength through all that is going on in my family right now. Do I fall apart sometimes oh yes Sister but,I am thankful I can fall right into his arms and he is carrying us through it all.I don’t know what He is doing in this time but,I know He has already Won by shedding his blood on the cross for our sins and rising on the 3rd day. To give us eternal life. If we just surrender our live to him.

    • Amen! Amen!!
I, too, fall apart at times – and then (just as you said) “fall right into his arms”!
Thank you for your great comment, Susan. I always appreciate it when you stop by.

  3. I was once in that hopeless place, as well! No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t improve on my own! I was frustrated and thankfully turned to the Lord for help, he saved me and now Christ lives within me! I thank God every day for His mercy and grace, as there is no other way to be forgiven then by Christ’s death and resurrection! “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,” 1 Peter 1:3. Thanks Sheryl!✝️
