Let’s Not Be ChrINOs: Christians In Name Only — 6 Comments

    • Thank you, Marla.
I always love hearing from you. I hope you’re doing well. And congratulations for being the first to comment on this post! 🙂

  1. Hello, everyone. Isn’t it encouraging to know that God wants you to have a great year?! He has SO much He wants to say to you.

  2. I’m sure if we are all honest there are times we do through the motions to spend time with God quickly, as we look forward to a busy day ahead! When I first became a Christian, one of my first prayers was to never lose my zeal for the Lord! I would consider myself a faithful Christian most of the time, but as I am human, there are times where I need to improve my relationship! I love all the verses of loving the Lord God with my whole heart, soul, mind and strength, but now I need to dwell on these truths and challenge myself to show the Lord just how much I love Him by spending quality time with him, seeking out those love verses and come to know Him in a deeper way. I’ll start with Mark 12:30. “And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment.” Thanks Sheryl for giving me a start today to challenge my relationship with our Lord verse by verse! ✝️

    • You are more than welcome, Kim. Thank you for letting me know my devotion helped you. It always humbles me (and makes me smile) when God uses one of my posts.
